A little about me...
I believe that we all have a deep longing to feel heard and understood. I have 8 years of experience working as a mental health therapist in various settings. My career began as a therapist at a nonprofit clinic working with children/teens and their parents individually and as a family. I had many mom clients who were struggling with depression, anxiety and stress. I found that helping moms feel happier assisted the progress in family as a whole.
After the birth of my two children, I was inspired to open my practice and specialize in the treatment of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. While my babies brought me joy, the postpartum period also awakened me to the challenges, unmet expectations and untold realities that this adjustment can bring to your life. As a result, I feel very passionate about guiding and supporting mamas and their partners through the emotional changes that this time can create.
I have been trained in the treatment of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders by Postpartum Support International extension Maternal Health now.
I am Bilingual in English and Russian.
